Condo maintenance needed at 21 unit 5 story timeshare in Ormond Beach near Granada. Work hours Friday, Saturday and Monday 7 AM to 3 PM total 24 hours a week. Respond to repair requests from front desk, keep pool area in good shape, check chemical readings, roll out small dumpsters to curb on trash days, some mowing small areas grass and general maintenance tasks. Work with Manager, full time maintenance person and housekeeping as a team. Must have valid DL and pass drug screen and background search before hiring. Some knowledge needed for minor electrical issues, GFI's and switches, TV programming, painting skills also.
