At least 6 months of maintenance experience is preferred including experience in maintaining a swimming pool. Reliable transportation is required. Must be willing to use your personal cell phone for condo business (texts, emails, phone calls) from board members and office personnel. A pleasant demeanor and ability to communicate with residents in a professional, pleasant manner is important. Must be willing to submit to a background check and be able to safely lift 50 pounds.
