Maintenance - handy man, 20 hours per week, must possess the following skills: light drywall, light electrical, light plumbing and light carpentry and capable of basic maintenance skills, painting, lawn care, building and grounds cleaning.
Requirements:Duties: daily inspection and maintenance of common areas, willing to take direction from property manager, able to lift up to 50 pounds, pull weeds and mow lawn, push/pull heavy objects, sweep out units and hallways, transport furniture from one unit to another, check for safety hazards, pick up trash, complete task in a timely manner.
Requirements: working iphone or android and able to download and use apps, Drivers license a must.
