Entrepreneur hiring a Personal Assistant in Palm Coast, FL. Looking for someone smart, trustworthy, and hardworking. Great pay ($35-$50/hour). Part time contractor position (15-25 hours/week) that will grow into a full-time role ($80-$100k/year) if you do well.The Entrepreneur runs a profitable Startup with famous investors and owns 2 houses in Palm Coast.What you’ll do to start withOrganize the Entrepreneur’s life. You’ll organize personal and business paperwork, scan and file, source supplies, organize and tidy the house.Run personal errands. You’ll do shopping, return Amazon purchases, take the car to the mechanic, etc.Take meeting notes.Research. Everything from finding the best way to repave a driveway to the best thermal paste to repair a computer to the best Mexican food nearby.Manage vendors. Research, select, and manage a wide variety of vendors: from landscapers to plumbers.Drive. You’ll drive the Entrepreneur around.Job BenefitsGreat pay. $35-$50/hour to start Part Time, then $80-$100k/year Full Time.Learn how to be successful. You’re comfortable using Zoom, Email, To-Do software, etc.Work on Saturdays, and have Mondays off. You will need to work on Saturdays to help with personal errands, so your weekend will be Sunday and Monday.Smart, quick learner. You tend to do well at whatever you put your mind to.Very organized. You enjoy putting things in order.Want to work hard. You’re happy to grind and put in the hours in order to succeed.Job Requirements - nice to havesEnjoy fixing or making physical things. For example, you do carpentry, build computers, or grew up on a ranch.Happy to pick up the phone and call people.
