- Previous experience in maintenance is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Maintain outdoor areas and walkways.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address safety hazards.
- Respond promptly and courteously to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Clean the pool daily.
Additional Information:
- Working on Saturdays is mandatory.
- This is a part-time position to start, with 24 hours per week. Hours may increase to 32 or possibly 40 hours as needed.
