Position: Production Operator
We are seeking a reliable team member to assist in the design, printing, and production of custom signs, banners, and related graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate large-format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment
Prepare, print, and assemble signs, decals, and banners
Assist with layout and design using industry software
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Preferred Skills & Experience:
CorelDRAW proficiency (a plus)
FlexiSIGN software experience (a plus)
Laser cutting/engraving experience (a plus)
Vinyl application, mounting, or finishing skills a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications
Ideal Candidate:

Able to work independently and with a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Comfortable standing, reaching and lifting
Willing to learn and grow with the company
