Monday through Friday- All Shifts Available (openings in Sanford and Daytona) Pay ranges $16-21/hr depending on experience
Monitoring, testing, and documenting all critical aspects of the food or beverage production process, from incoming raw materials to finished products, to ensure strict compliance with established quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMPs)
Sanitation & Hygiene: Conduct pre-operational and in-process audits to verify sanitation effectiveness, equipment cleanliness, and employee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
Regulatory Support: Assist the Quality Manager in preparing for and participating in third-party audits (SQF, BRC, ISO) and regulatory inspections (FDA, USDA)
