Full time M-F 8:00-4:30

Our fast-paced custom apparel company has positions available for highly organized, energetic team players in the production screen printing department. We are a family owned business and have been one of the top screen printing companies in central Florida since 1984. We are an equal opportunity employer.
DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
Operate and run a 10/color, 12/ station screen printing press
Set up jobs with a Tri-Loc registration system
Load ink into screens
Set up and tear down print jobs before and after printing
Load and/or unload t-shirts on or off press
Clean screens
Burn screens
Read all job work orders and follow printing instructions
Get approval on test prints from supervisor or upper management
Must meet productivity standards
Provide clear communication to management regarding printing press, screen printing orders and other needs
Catch shirts at the end of the dryer, count, box and pack
Check in shirt inventory
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must be able to read alpha and numeric codes from work orders.
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team and get along with others
Must be able to follow directions precisely and stay on task and respect supervisor
Must be reliable, self-motivated, highly organized, able to multi-task, accurate and detail-oriented
Must be in good physical condition
Able to stand for several hours at a time
Must have reliable transportation and cell phone
Must be able to speak and read English fluently
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Education or GED preferred. Minimum of six months comparable warehouse experience preferred. Experience in screen printing or apparel industry a plus but not necessary.
MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE OR WORK VISA.
