Precision Soldering: Perform hand soldering of electronic components (both through-hole and Surface Mount Technology - SMT) onto PCBs, cables, and other assemblies.
Rework and Repair: Conduct rework, repair, and modification of existing circuit boards and electronic assemblies as needed, often under a microscope.
Interpretation of Documentation: Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to guide the work process.
Quality Control: Inspect solder joints and components visually and/or using magnification tools to ensure they meet stringent quality standards, such as IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001.
