Small construction company needs a part time assistant.
Duties include:
- Answering calls and scheduling appointments
- Basic book keeping
- Website Updates / easy to learn platform
- Customer Support
- Payroll management
- Prefer non smoker
- Must be a positive person
Training will be onsite for 90 days and then remote work is possible.
2 days weekly with 5-10 hours per day to start. I am very flexible with the schedule, but once negotiated, it must be consistent.
Bilingual / Spanish is a plus
