Job Description

-QuickBooks experience a plus (will train right candidate)

-Excel knowledge a plus (will train right candidate)

-Chrome use necessary

-Everyday office equipment use

-Multiple Phone-Line System management (first to answer)

-Taking messages

-Directing calls to the appropriate person/department

-Answer general inquiries

-Inputting caller details into database

-Supply orders and distribution

-Retrieval and distribution of mail

-Light cleaning (bi-weekly)

-Data entry into multiple software systems as well as data maintenance

-A/P & A/R

-Standard administrative tasks

-Personal assistant to the President

-Day to day function of administrative support as needed by upper management

-Greet customers & address general inquiries as needed

-Other administrative tasks as assigned to include filing, etc.

Must be the following:

Must be able to do the following:

-Ability to lift 10 lbs

-Ability to go up 2 flights of stairs multiple times a day

-Minimum Typing Speed: 40 + wpm

Minimum education required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum Months of Experience: 36 is preferred

Hours Per Week: Hours are Specific

-Hours: 40

-Shift: Day

-Mon-Thur 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

-Vacation/Other: 10 days of PTO after first 90 days of service but begins accruing immediately

-Holidays: Paid holidays after 90 days of employment

Dress code is business casual/Friday's relaxed
