We are seeking a Customer Service & Lead Coordinator with a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful, professional phone presence, strong computer and internet knowledge, and a willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all incoming leads across the state of Florida.
Ensure all leads are contacted and appointments are scheduled promptly.
Follow up with customers after appointments to address any additional questions or concerns.
Handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and patience — including when managing upset customers.
Perform additional administrative or office support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required.
Proficient in computer and internet use.
Must maintain a cheerful and professional phone demeanor at all times.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Position Details:
Full-time, in-office position at our Corporate Office in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
Monday through Friday (Possible remote phone calls during the evening and weekends)
