Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our real estate portfolio operations. This role involves administrative tasks, organization, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes initiative, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups for leasing and maintenance
Communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members via email and phone
Maintain and update records in property management software
Support marketing and leasing efforts as needed
Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Prior experience in real estate, property management, or office administration is a plus but not required
