Souder Masonry and Concrete is a Family owned and operated Masonry and Concrete Company in Central FL, is looking for an experienced Concrete Field Superintendent to add to our team.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Review plans & project documents with Project Managers to ensure the correct scope of work
Work with Project Managers on crew assignments and scheduling
Maintain pre-construction documentation and schedules
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Attend regular meetings in and out of office
Track, record, & report CMU/Brick/Veneer counts to Project Manager daily
Daily material inventory
Maintain strict contract document control
Ability to operate with technology is a must (e.g. Laptops/Tablets/Smartphones)
Assist in Monthly Billings and Invoices
Ability to recognize when RFI's & Change Orders are needed and able to send to the proper recipients
Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers
Specific Requirements:

Work well under pressure
Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and goals
Positive Attitude
Five years of Masonry Field Superintendent experience.
Strong leadership qualities
Strong planning skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
