We are seeking a skilled concrete coating Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various garage floors pools decks driveway installation techniques and a strong understanding of construction practices. This role involves working on-site to install different types of flooring materials while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Install various types of flooring, including polyurea/polyspartic concrete flooring
Prepare and level surfaces for installation by removing old flooring and making necessary repairs.
Read technical data to determine the layout of flooring materials.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites.
Finish floors to achieve desired aesthetic results.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in concrete coatings installation or related fields such as painting
Strong skills in customer relations and the ability to build custom solutions as required.
Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents related to flooring projects.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.
