Apartment turn painting. Prep, minor repairs including patching and caulking, spraying, rolling, cutting in / detailed brush work. Speed and accuracy is a must. Good eyes, a good steady hand, the ability to work quickly and neatly, to think ahead and overcome obstacles, The ability to be a leader. This job is part time to start with potential for full time as soon as you prove yourself.
I'm looking for someone who has interior airless spray experience. If you do not have real painting experience, please do not waste your time or mine. This is a REAL job. I can't pay you off the books or under the table. You will be on my payroll. I cannot subcontract work. If you are retired, this job is likely not for you.
Must have a valid drivers license, your own vehicle and your own basic hand tools.
