Key Responsibilities:
Oversee framing operations for residential homes, ensuring projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.
Manage subcontractors, ensuring they are following schedules and performing at a high standard.
Maintain safety protocols on-site and ensure the team is following best practices.
Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Monitor progress and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Framing Leadman or similar role preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
Self-driven, high-energy, and a no-excuse, get-the-job-done attitude.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions quickly.
