WHAT YOU’LL DO
Service, installs, duct repairs, and maintenance on residential & light-commercial systems
40-hour schedule with shared weekend rotation
Digital work orders—minimal paperwork
WHAT YOU NEED
EPA 608 certification (or willingness to get it—we’ll cover the cost)
Valid Florida driver’s license, clean record
Your own basic hand tools (specialty tools & materials supplied)
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in attics / outdoors in Florida heat
