We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Framer/Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Framer/Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong carpentry skills and the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Perform tasks such as framing walls, setting trusses, decking roofs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Framer/Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dependable transportation
