Well Established Marine Construction Company looking for a qualified and knowledgeable Lead Foreman and Crew. We have plenty of work and are booked out with projects far into next year and we are signing up for more projects every week.
We prefer a sub-contracting crew that will work using our equipment and barges but we are open to talk about other ways to work for us. The projects that the crew would work on include setting pilings, framing, decking, boat lift installations and finish work on docks, boathouses and seawalls. We have all the heavy equipment to perform the work and the crew would be using barges, knuckle booms and mini excavators.
The sub-contracting crew would be completely supported by our company and paid per job with the highest compensation around for high quality construction. This is a long term position working for our company.
We are open to discuss many ways of compensation for the right crew that would show up and put out high quality marine construction for our clients whether it is just setting pilings or framing but prefer a turn-key crew that can handle all phases of marine construction .
