Are you a hardworking and motivated individual with experience in heavy civil construction? We’re looking for a Marine Foreman to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll play a critical supervisory role in the construction, maintenance, and repair of marine and coastal infrastructure such as seawalls, docks, and boat lifts. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to thrive in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain heavy equipment and tools such as excavators, skid loaders, jackhammers, drills, pumps, saws, and concrete mixers
Perform and oversee concrete forming, demolition, and general construction tasks
Work in confined spaces and at heights while following proper safety procedures, including use of fall protection
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction preferred (not required)
Formwork carpentry skills are a must
Knowledge and experience in setting sheet piling using vibratory and jetting equipment
Proficient in operating and maintaining construction tools and machinery
Familiarity with construction techniques and best practices
Physically fit and capable of manual labor in various weather conditions
Knowledge of job site safety regulations
Must pass a background check
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
OSHA and other safety certifications are a plus
