Growing property management company seeks reliable, and ambitious Painter for a Full-Time position to perform turnkey and rehab jobs. This position has advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a focus on providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
Our Mission is to provide legendary service and this starts with the Painter providing excellent service both in skill and communication to the resident, the property manager, vendors, and owners. Only well qualified candidates will be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
Prepares all vacant homes to a market-ready condition
Document all materials and work performed
Requirements and skills:
Skills needed include, but are not limited to:
Painting
Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
Takes Initiative/Proactive
Proven 2+ years’ experience as a Painter or similar position
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Time Management Skills
Technological skills
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Basic tools and equipment
Verbal and Written Communication Skills
