Seeking a team of lead HVAC installer and helper as a crew for a growing company. Looking for strong work ethic and pride in your own work because it had your name on it. That's the type of ethic we're seeking! Great pay, benefits as well. Will need to be able to work in sometimes tight attics and know how to approach and complete jobs as efficiently as possible. Lots of duct installs, both retro and new construction as well as equipment changeouts. Must be able to pass drug screening and have a good driving record with valid FL license.
