We are looking for skilled and experienced tradesmen to join our team. Specializing in mold, fire, and water damage restoration is a plus. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Tasks Include:
Abating
Containment: Set up physical barriers to prevent the spread of contaminants during work.
Mold Remediation: Use appropriate methods like HEPA filtration, dehumidification, or biocides to remove or control mold growth.
Water Extraction: Employ tools like pumps or vacuums for water removal, followed by drying processes.
Fire Damage Repair: Clean soot, remove odors, and repair or replace damaged materials.
Photographic Evidence: Capture detailed before, during, and after photos of the damage and restoration process.
Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude even under pressure, ensuring clients feel comforted and confident in your capabilities.
Resolution: Address any client concerns or complaints with patience and a solution-oriented approach, maintaining professionalism
throughout.
Restoring:
Structural Repairs: Repair or replace damaged structural elements like walls, floors, and ceilings.
Drywall Installation: Install new drywall where necessary, ensuring proper sealing and finishing.
Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, wallpaper, or other finishes to match the original or desired aesthetic.
Flooring: Lay new flooring or restore existing surfaces, ensuring they match or exceed previous conditions.
Electrical and Plumbing: Repair or upgrade electrical wiring, plumbing, and fixtures affected by the damage.
HVAC Systems: Check, clean, or replace HVAC components to ensure safe, clean air circulation.
Cabinets and Fixtures: Install or refurbish cabinets, countertops, and built-ins to restore functionality and appearance.
