We're looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and guide clients through the complexities of personal injury claims. As a Case Manager, you'll be a crucial liaison between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.Qualifications:
Previous experience in case management, preferably in personal injury law.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with clients.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with medical terminology and processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.

Work closely with clients to gather information, assess needs, and provide guidance throughout the personal injury claims process.
Collaborate with attorneys to organize and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Facilitate communication between clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
Coordinate medical appointments, examinations, and treatments for clients.
Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Assist attorneys in preparing for negotiations, settlements, or trials.
Conduct periodic reviews of case statuses and update relevant parties.
