AVP of Operations

Description We are searching for a Director of Operations to join our team in South Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our practices.Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee operations across all locations, enhancing efficiency, strengthening relationships, and boosting team morale.

Optimize resource management to achieve cost-saving goals and meet financial targets.

Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration by mentoring a diverse team across multiple departments.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on departmental and company performance.

Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's long-term vision, improving overall operational efficiency.

Analyze and refine existing processes, identifying bottlenecks to drive continuous workflow improvements.

Contribute to shaping corporate goals, objectives, and policies, ensuring their successful implementation.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal company policies to mitigate risks.

Build and maintain a high-performing, committed operations team through recruitment, development, and retention.

Collaborate with practice physicians, clinical managers and staff, actively participating in meetings to facilitate smooth operations.

Engage with customers, community organizations, and employees to strengthen the company's reputation and public image.

Enforce ethical business practices, ensuring adherence to company standards and values.

Stay informed on industry trends and advancements by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and building a network of industry contacts.

Requirements

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry. Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, and Microsoft Excel is required. Strong understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes is required. Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Processes, Third Party Billing and Insurance is essential. Knowledge of NextGen is beneficial. Experience with Axiom is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
