Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Provide training for the team in product knowledge, document content, and compliance as needed
Constructive involvement in daily meetings.
Deliver the required targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering on the promise
Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports
