Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Cyber Operations Site Manager to lead our team in Eglin AFB, FL.As the Program Manager you will be managing functional managers and employees performing Event Planning and Operations and Support Services for the National Cyber Range Activity. The chosen candidate will directly interface and lead operations conducting cyber capabilities testing, mission rehearsals and Tactics, techniques and procedures Development for DOD entities.Position Responsibilities:
Manage a team of technical experts for event engineering, range operations, and site administration (security, logistics, environmental, health and safety).
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and improvement plan
Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance
5+ years’ experience with cyber security and operations support
5+ years’ experience in a DOD customer facing role that required management of customer requirements and expectations, as well as leading customer meetings
Experience leading projects with a successful track record of meeting schedule and on or under budget
Experience managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a STEM related field or equivalent military experience
