HOUSEKEEPING:A. Perform daily cleanup of areaB. Dump trash as neededC. Perform extra clan up during downtimeD. Follow cleaning schedule listed in Safety ManualE. Keep scrap picked upMANUFACTURING PROCESS:A. Read & use Factory Order & Print Card to determine proper equipment settingsB. Ability to know if equipment is operating properlyC. Ability to:

Set stacker

Install dies, attachments & printing plates

Set pull rolls, collars & straps

Set scores, heads & blade combinations

Set Prefeeder & Lead Edge Feeder

Check stock for correct size

Adjust equipment for proper pressures & register

Operate glue and ink systems

Set folding rails, squaring section & ejector

1st piece dimensional checks

1st piece print quality checks

Random checks during run for dimensions & print
