This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in developing and implementing outcome-based enablement programs and curriculum using adult learning principles. Responsibilities:Program Development: Develop and deliver sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales KPIs, including new business development, customer satisfaction, and retention. Preferred program experience: Strategic Account Planning Win-Loss Analysis AI Tools and Support Seller Workshops and Knowledge Shares Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of sales trainers, curriculum designers, and contractors to ensure consistent and effective training delivery. Content Creation: Oversee the creation and update of training materials, including eLearning modules, sales playbooks, and interactive learning activities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven improvements. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into the company’s training programs.
