General accounting including some entry level tax work is required. Proficient with EXCEL and experience preparing entry of forms for 1040's. 1041's, 706's and 709's. Additional forms 1120's and 1099 if possible. Process returns, scanning tax documents and monthly statements, updating tax calendar and correspondence with clients regarding tax items. Excel accountings or Quickbooks experience. Familiarity with broker statements and having a degree would be a plus. A candidate with public accounting experience would be ideal but not essential.
