Accounting/Construction (Bookkeeper)
BT Architectural Stone creates elegant Old World styled stone furnishings for both interior and exterior use exclusively to each client’s specifications. Our natural stone appointments include fireplaces, columns, fountains, niches, door surrounds and much. We are seeking an experienced individual who has a solid understanding of construction accounting. We Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual a Must
· Excellent Time management
· Computer literacy to be able to keep accurate records
· Experience with QuickBooks Online
· Experience with construction accounting
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day financial transaction, sales receipts and payments.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Manage accounts payable, work with vendors and subcontractors
Generate financial reports as required
Collaborate with other team members to support overall operation
Provide support during audits and financial reviews
Petty cash distribution, control and reconciliation
Prepare and file Sales Tax returns
Process and maintain payroll on a weekly basis
