Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assisting clients with policy changes and billing questions
- Providing empathetic and helpful support to clients during difficult situations
- Collaborating with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in using computers “Excel, Word, etc”
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our clients
- Bilingual “Spanish, Portuguese” is a plus
