Our Condominium is seeking a flexible part-time/full time with experience in Association Management.
Required English and Spanish.
Job description:
Assist all aspects of the property operations.
Physical inspection for properties.
Follow up on violations, coordinate building recertification process.
Accounting data entry, bill HOA, collections, pay bills, bank deposits, etc.
Process condo approvals for rent, and sales.
Supervise works on site, and make quotes for projects.
Work with property owners and residents.
Interested should have:
Have strong communication skills, verbal and written
Speak and write fluent English and Spanish
Should be detailed and oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask at all times
Must be proficient with the computer, Microsoft Office, and experience in the PayHOA condominium program is a plus.
