We are currently seeking new team member for Full Time opportunity.
In-bound / Out-bound Call Center position. Credit Professionals with Customer Service phone skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, subordinates, management, and Sales personnel. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities and Skills
Perform inbound/outbound calls
Utilize online database searches, and available resources to locate customer information
Maintain a consistent level of professionalism at all times with customers and sales representatives.
Maintain working queue to establish audit standards
Excellent customer service skills and phone manner/etiquette discussing customer’s finances
Possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Possess error free data entry skills
Ability to be detail oriented
Possess ability to work in a team and multi-tasked environment
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
Problem solving skills
Start Dates: As soon as possible.
We offer paid training!
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm
Education, Experience and Skills Needed:
[Minimum two years data entry experience, in person or over the phone]
Effective communication skills, both verbal and listening
Demonstrated success in a team environment
Proven time management strategies
Computer skills including: navigation through internet and typing or keyboard, understanding of basic software applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Email)
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual (Spanish is a MUST!)
