We are a growing accounting firm based in South Florida, offering tax, bookkeeping, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the field of accounting.

Position Summary:

The Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant will support our accounting team with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks while also handling occasional administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a current accounting student or recent graduate seeking real-world experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Prepare basic financial reports and summaries

Support with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, document organization, and client communications

Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm procedures

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles

Familiarity with QuickBooks

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to manage time and tasks effectively with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.

What We Offer:

Pay: $15/hour , based on experience

Full Time ( 40 hours per week ) .
