Just launched a debt settlement company and am seeking your expertise to help build out a fully structured operational model from the ground up.
Although I’m currently accepting files and have a large pipeline ready for settlement, I’ve held back on processing volume until the proper structure is in place. I need critical guidance at this stage to ensure everything — from intake to resolution — is executed with consistency, legal soundness, and operational efficiency.
Please approach this as a clean-slate build. I’m treating it as if I have no prior experience in the settlement model and need everything mapped out — including workflows, processes, documentation, risk handling, and internal controls.
Important Note on Scope of Business:
This is not a retail-facing or publicly marketed venture. We will not be advertising services or taking on random inbound clients. The pipeline comes exclusively from a referral base. This is a contained and high-quality deal flow, and the focus is on building a back-end process that can reliably support that volume.
Your Role:
This would be a back-office consulting position or a full-time employment position with room to grow exponentially. If, you are the right person. Minimal client-facing interaction is expected or required.
Compensation:
As this is an early-stage operation and financial modeling is still being finalized, I would appreciate your input on a fair consulting structure. I’m open to different compensation models based on deliverables, value, or performance benchmarks. For the right person a salary will be offered.
