Requirements:

Outgoing personality

Phone etiquette and ability to speak proper English

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 12 PM - 8 PM

Saturday: 12 PM - 6 PM

Compensation:

Weekly pay

Room to advance within the company

Experience:

No experience necessary (training provided)

Job Responsibilities:

Follow an easy-to-use script for client interactions.

Input client information and create an inventory list of items to be moved.

Make 200-300 daily outbound/inbound calls, texts, emails, and use dialer systems to connect with sales leads.

Utilize “power dialer” or “predictive dialer” software for efficient calling from a lead list.

Customer Engagement:

Schedule virtual estimates or inventory lists over the phone with clients.

Dependability:

Be punctual, reliable, and goal-oriented.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales or appointment scheduling is a plus but not required.

Deliver a prepared sales pitch, qualify leads, address customer concerns, and transfer calls to closers for deal

finalization.

Above average communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands

Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs

Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection

Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player
