Aminov Jewelry Company, LLC has been a Jewelry Distributor in Miami, Florida since 1996, and still growing successfully. We are located in the Downtown Miami Jewelry District, we are a family-owned business and everyone who works in our organization is part of the family.
The ideal candidate will be highly efficient in all phases of Bookkeeping, experienced in AR, AP, Collections, Posting, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, Payroll & strong computer literacy.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Accounts payable including check preparation.
Accounts receivable including follow-ups & collection calls.
Posting daily invoices.
Background checks & credit references for new credit applicants.
Monthly & daily Bank reconciliation.
Electronically filing payroll taxes (monthly, quarterly & yearly).
Electronically filing sales tax (monthly).
Filing.
Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Administrative Assistance for corporate and personal
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of 5+ years of Bookkeeping working experience.
Perfect English is a must.
Computer literacy including expert knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be resourceful, flexible, and reliable.
Pass a drug and background check.
This is a full-time and only in-house position.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 9:30 am – 4:00 pm (Shomer Shabbat)
