Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Personal Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing several business accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple business accounts.
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Work closely with business owners to understand financial needs and provide personalized financial advice.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as tax authorities and auditors, as necessary.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of efficient financial systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills to liaise with business owners and external parties.
Relevant accounting certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $30 per hour.
Performance-based bonuses.
