We are looking for a skilled QuickBooks expert to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis with the potential to transition to a full-time position.

-Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks expert to manage our financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, be proficient in QuickBooks, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

-Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of QuickBooks, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Perform regular bank reconciliations and month-end closings. Generate financial reports and statements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist with budget preparation and forecasting. Provide support during audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with other accounting tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a QuickBooks expert or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Public Accountant or QuickBooks Certification) are a plus.

-Work Hours: This is a temporary, part-time position with the potential to become full-time. 25 Hours a week M-F from 9am-2pm
