We are looking for an Accountant to join our CPA Firm!
You will be responsible for the following.
Responsibilities:
Preparing personal, corporate and partnership tax returns (we use Lacerte)
Review bookkeeping from the staff and making appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual adjustments
Manage the e-filing during busy season
Respond to IRS/State notices on clients behalf
Respond to client inquiries
Research tax matters
The person we are seeking shall have the following qualifications:
3+ years experience in a CPA firm is a plus
CPA or EA preferred
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
