Onsite manager CAM ( 30 Hours Weekly) for an association in Hollywood. Will be responsible for providing the overall supervision of the community, including inspections and overall maintenance, vendor and contract management, budgeting and invoice processing, interact with owners, vendors, board members and committee members.
Requirements:
3-5 years of CAM experience.
Excellent people skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.
Strong time management.
Strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
Ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel including vendors and personnel
Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
