Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Staffing Agency
Location: Onsite – Allapattah, FL (Not Remote or Hybrid)
Salary: $55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
We are a fast-growing employment agency located in Allapattah, FL, seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and text messages.
Consistently follow up with leads and maintain communication until deals are closed.
Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients to present staffing solutions.
Maintain a strong pipeline through aggressive outbound efforts and relationship building.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Accurately track all sales activities, communications, and appointments in the CRM system.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through strategic outreach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a staffing or service-based industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
High level of organization, discipline, and self-motivation.
A go-getter mindset with a passion for client acquisition and relationship building.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, but not required.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $55,000 per year
Uncapped commission structure based on performance
