Responsibilities:
Supervise Shell Construction & Pour Back projects
Coordinate teams and meet deadlines
Ensure quality and safety compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience in Shell Construction & Pour Back
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong leadership & organizational skills
Valid driver’s license
