Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple construction crews and projects over several years. Experience with decorative concrete and concrete coatings is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise multiple construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple construction crews and projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
