Job description:
We are currently in search of an experienced Customer Service Rep with some knowledge of Social Media and Marketing (a big plus, but not a requirement) to join our team at our Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton showroom. The ideal candidate will be personable, presentable, organized, and resourceful with a willingness to help our business expand and grow.
Location: Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton
We would prefer a candidate located in Coconut Creek, Oakland Park, Margate, Davie, Pompano Beach or Deerfield Beach - anywhere between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton for an easy commute.
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM (with potential for overtime)
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing Canva and Apple Photo App for daily tasks, such as photo or video editing and posting on Social Media;
- Scheduling estimates and installations in a timely manner;
- Utilizing Quickbooks for invoicing and tracking unpaid balances;
- Answering phone calls and maintaining a professional demeanor;
- Completing insurance paperwork as required for various buildings;
- Experience with Marketing tasks is preferred, but not required. Assisting with marketing tasks , such as facebook ads, yelp ads, lead generation, website SEO and website updates, blog posts, social media posts, google my business posts and other updates.

Fluent in English
Our team will provide training and support as needed. We are particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience, as we have a wealth of visual content showcasing our products that can be utilized in promotional efforts.
