About the Role
We’re looking for energetic, reliable team members to join our Christmas Lights Crew! As a Christmas Light Installer, you’ll help transform homes and businesses into festive winter wonderlands — wrapping palm trees, outlining rooftops, and installing beautiful, professional-grade lighting displays that make neighborhoods shine.
Responsibilities
Safely install, test, and remove holiday lighting and decorations on residential and commercial properties.
Operate ladders, lifts, and hand tools to hang lights and décor on roofs, trees, and structures.
Ensure clean, organized, and professional installations that meet Brite Sparx Electric standards.
Troubleshoot lighting issues and assist with maintenance calls when needed.
Communicate courteously with clients and team members.
Maintain company equipment, uniforms, and safety gear.
Qualifications
Must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
Basic electrical or handyman experience is a plus (training provided).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable transportation to meet at designated job sites.
Positive attitude and team-player mindset!
