We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami. As a CSR, you will be the link between our clients and suppliers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer/suppliers interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
