Customer Retention Associate

EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

Responsibilities include helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. Duties include communicating with customers over the phone or via text and email, using the CRM after each interaction to document interaction and to determine next task and assign to a company agent as necessary. Detail frequent customer feedback or questions and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies.

APPLICANT SHOULD BE EXPERIENCED WITH CRM SOFTWARE.

POSITION IS A HOME-BASED POSITION.
